Diana deals with all aspects of family and children law to include complex high net worth divorce and financial remedy matters in the Family court, locally, in Central London and the High Court, where she has achieved favourable outcomes for her clients.

Diana trained in collaborative law and mediation and can ensure matters are dealt with on a conciliatory basis where appropriate. 

Diana is also a member of both the Family Law Panel and Children Panel, representing parents, grandparents, family members and children in disputes between individuals and in Care Proceedings.

Diana has a breadth of knowledge of all areas of family law and was involved in a leading Court of Appeal case on the issue of Parental Responsibility in a same sex parent case involving surrogacy.
